Terms of use

Using Wayfaring
These terms are an agreement between you and Flexcoded. By creating an account you accept them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and where the two differ, these terms apply between you and us.
Your account
Keep access to your email or Apple/Google account secure: anyone who can sign in as you can see and change your trips. You must be at least 13.
Subscriptions
- Wayfaring needs a subscription. Plans and prices are shown before you buy and are charged by Apple or Google to your store account.
- A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price until you cancel.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it to provide the app (including with the services named in the privacy policy) and show it to people you invite.
Only share posts and content you're allowed to share. Don't use the app to break the law or anyone's rights.
Plans, places and times
Plans, opening hours, travel times and other details are worked out from your data and from third parties and may be wrong or out of date. Check anything important (opening times, bookings, safety) before you rely on it. We're not responsible for bookings you make with others.
Changes and ending
We may change or improve the app. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app first. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that misuse it.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
